Tulsa Welding School is looking for a driven, outgoing, and community-focused Regional Director of Community Outreach Services to help introduce future students to the possibilities available through skilled trades education.
This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day kind of role.
You'll be out in the community building relationships with high schools, school districts, workforce organizations, employers, businesses, and community partners. You'll attend career fairs, deliver presentations, identify new outreach opportunities, and serve as an ambassador for Tulsa Welding School.
Your mission is simple: build meaningful relationships, create awareness, generate qualified prospective student leads, and connect those individuals with our Admissions team so they can take the next step toward their future.

IMPORTANT: Candidates must reside within 50 miles of a StrataTech/Tulsa Welding School campus. This position requires 75–90% travel throughout an assigned territory and may include occasional evening and weekend events.
What You'll Do
As The Regional Director of Community Outreach Services, you'll be one of the faces of Tulsa Welding School in the communities we serve.
You'll develop relationships, create new partnerships, increase awareness of our educational opportunities, and help build a strong pipeline of prospective students interested in skilled trades careers.
Build Relationships That Matter
You'll develop and maintain relationships with:
Provide leadership, direction, and day-to-day oversight for the Community Outreach Services team
within the assigned region.
Develop and execute regional community outreach strategies that increase awareness of Tulsa Welding
School and StrataTech Education Group programs and services.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Community Outreach Representatives to ensure consistent
execution of outreach initiatives and professional growth.
Build and maintain relationships with high schools, school districts, workforce development
organizations, community partners, and local businesses to expand community engagement and create
lead-generation opportunities.
Ensure representatives effectively execute classroom presentations, career fairs, community events,
campus events, and other outreach activities that promote the organization’s programs and services.
Oversee territory planning and outreach scheduling to maximize community coverage and lead
generation opportunities.
Monitor the quality and quantity of leads generated by the Community Outreach Services team and
ensure timely handoff to campus admissions teams.
Partner with campus admissions leadership to align community outreach efforts with campus
recruitment objectives and enrollment needs.
Identify new outreach opportunities, community partnerships, and events that strengthen brand
awareness and support organizational growth.
Ensure all Community Outreach Services activities are conducted in compliance with applicable federal,
state, and local regulations, accrediting agency requirements, organizational policies, and brand
standards.
Foster a culture of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct by ensuring team members understand
and adhere to all compliance requirements and organizational expectations.
Manage team schedules, field activities, performance discussions, and ongoing coaching to ensure
effective execution of departmental objectives.
Prepare and communicate regular updates regarding outreach initiatives, community partnerships, and
regional lead-generation activities.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred minimum two years’ experience in Admissions or related field. Bachelor’s degree
preferred and of five years, related experience is strongly preferred.
Travel & Location Requirements
This is a highly mobile, field-focused position.
75–90% travel throughout the assigned territory is required.
Regular travel is an essential function of the position and may include occasional evening and weekend events.
Candidates must reside within 50 miles of a Tulsa Welding School campus.
