  • Resolve building services issues quickly, covering janitorial services, conference rooms, workstations, and furnishings
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across EMEA, ensuring work is completed within agreed SLAs
  • Manage the CMMS, converting external requests into trackable tickets and monitoring them through to resolution
  • Conduct regular inspections and safety audits, maintain required records, and ensure facilities comply with regulations
  • Embed health and safety responsibilities across the site, making sure they are understood and implemented
  • Monitor contractor performance, develop supplier relationships, and support procurement activities
  • Support financial processes, including tracking and purchase order management
  • Deliver projects within client budget while identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements
  • Build strong client relationships, meet established KPIs, complete required reporting, and bring forward innovations and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Proven background in facilities management or a related field
  • Proficiency in CMMS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage colleagues and client staff at all levels
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
  • A customer-service orientation and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime when business needs require it
  • Nice to have: experience in vendor management, and an IFMA certification or related qualification
