  • Customer-minded. You understand how inspection quality and responsiveness affect dealers, Sales and the marketplace.

You Will:

  • Lead inspection operations across the assigned region, with accountability for quality, productivity, capacity and service reliability.
  • Manage and develop inspectors by setting goals, coaching performance, completing reviews and taking corrective action when required.
  • Partner with Inspector Regional Leads to run a consistent performance cadence across the region using scorecards, field observations and quality and productivity data.
  • Lead regional workforce planning, hiring, onboarding and training to align coverage and scheduling capacity with dealer demand.
  • Work with Sales and Scheduling to communicate constraints early, resolve service issues and protect dealer commitments.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance, Arbitration, Product and Technology to address recurring defects and improve inspection tools and workflows.
  • Standardize best practices across markets in the region and report performance and operational risks with clear owners, mitigation plans and timelines.

Where you Work: Your work is performed remotely from the Toronto area, with regular travel to dealerships and field locations within the assigned region.

Must Have’s:

  • 3+ years of operations management, field operations or a related leadership role.
  • Experience managing employees across multiple locations or markets.
  • Demonstrated experience setting expectations, coaching performance and holding teams accountable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use operational data to identify issues and drive action.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in automotive inspections, vehicle condition reporting or a related automotive operations environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly for field visits.
