Regional HR Business Partner – EMEA

Location: EMEA (Remote)

Reports to: Regional HR Manager

Travel: Up to 25%

We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join our team supporting a global datacentre client account operating across 30+ countries.

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders across EMEA to deliver HR strategies that support business performance, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted HR advisor across your assigned sub-regions, supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, leadership development and workforce optimisation.

You will also use HR data and workforce metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, lead cross-functional projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple EMEA countries.

What we're looking for:

• Strong HR background with progressive HR experience
• Strong experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent development
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills
• Experience working across multiple countries or cultures is desirable
• Experience in operations, datacentres or contract security is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to travel up to 25%, sometimes at short notice
