Possible Tasks within this Role Overseeing and supporting aftersales operations at regional dealerships. Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. Analyzing KPIs and implementing improvement measures. Conducting audits and developing the dealer network. Coordinating the rollout of new service programs and brand standards. Qualification requirements University degree (preferably technical or economical). Upper intermediate English. Driver's license category „B“. Advanced PC user (MS Office). Experience in aftersales is an advantage. Personal qualities we are looking for: high motivated, young and purposeful person, full of energy and optimism, sociable, focused on results.
