We usually respond within two weeks Regional Manager - UK Vein Care Full-time, permanent UK Vein Care is a fast-growing network of specialist varicose vein clinics. We're part of Nordic Health Group, Europe's leading specialist in varicose vein treatment, with +60 clinics across five countries. We are now looking for a Regional Manager in the UK. This is a rare chance to take real ownership in a business with huge potential, backed by a large international organisation. The role You'll own clinic-level operational performance across our UK network, making sure every clinic is well run, properly staffed, consistently delivering a great patient experience, and ready to grow. This is a hands-on role: you'll be on the ground when it matters - launching new clinics, training teams, running audits, rolling out new systems, and fixing issues fast. What you'll do Drive clinic performance — improving utilisation and productivity, and reducing avoidable cancellations and lost capacity Ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience and operational standards across every location Own the operational audit programme and make sure actions are followed through to completion Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinic teams, including nurses and receptionists Lead the operational mobilisation and launch of new clinics and services Champion the rollout and adoption of new systems and processes Build strong relationships with clinicians, colleagues, and partner sites What we're looking for Strong experience managing a clinic or similar healthcare/service environment Experience leading and developing a team, and confidence training and coaching others High standards, strong organisation, and the drive to see things through Comfortable using performance data to spot problems and drive practical improvements Confident with technology and supporting others through new systems Commercially aware — you understand how operational delivery, patient experience, and business performance connect Able to work independently from home and comfortable with regular travel to clinics across the UK (full driving licence required) Why join us Massive growth: be part of a business scaling rapidly across the UK, with new clinics and services on the way Real ownership: help build our UK operations from the ground up and shape how we grow Huge potential: a genuine step into multi-site leadership, with room to develop as the network expands International backing: join Nordic Health Group, Europe's leading specialist in varicose vein treatment Competitive package: competitive salary, plus travel-related benefits Full-time, permanent position How to apply Apply directly via the link with your CV.
