Regional Managing Director – Middle East

Role Description The Regional Managing Director – Middle East is a part-time remote role focused on overseeing recruitment operations and business development within the Middle East region. In this position, the individual will lead regional strategy, manage client relationships, and expand the company’s presence through targeted outreach and partnership building. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal recruitment teams, monitoring regional performance metrics, and ensuring that hiring processes meet client expectations and compliance standards. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, guiding marketing initiatives tailored to the Middle East, and providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing services, preferably with exposure to Middle Eastern markets.
• Strong background in regional business development, client relationship management, and partnership cultivation.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team coordination, strategic planning, and performance management in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms, professional networking tools, and basic data analysis for reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time remote role, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing regional demands.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is highly beneficial.
