The Regional Marketing Leader is responsible for driving the regional marketing agenda, ensuring effective execution of the annual business plans and the development of commercial campaigns that maximize market impact, customer engagement, and business performance. This role works closely with the business leaders’ strategic guidelines to ensure consistent implementation and execution across the region, translating business priorities into actionable commercial and marketing plans. The position plays a key role in campaign development, demand creation, price implementation, and commercial activation, ensuring strong alignment among Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, Agronomy, and Field Marketing teams. The Regional Marketing Leader is also responsible for supporting margin expansion through disciplined price execution, market intelligence, and promotional effectiveness. This role is responsible for Mato Grosso region. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of regional commercial campaigns, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities, customer needs, and brand strategy. Execute the annual marketing plans in the region, translating strategic priorities into actionable programs and field deployment. Work closely with the Business Leaders’ strategic guidelines to ensure effective implementation and execution of business priorities across the region. Translate strategic direction from the Brand Strategy into regional commercial campaigns, demand creation initiatives, and annual execution plans. Ensure regional marketing plans and field execution remain fully aligned with the business strategy, brand priorities, and commercial objectives. Support the implementation of the company pricing strategy in the geography, ensuring competitiveness and contribution to margin expansion goals. Build and manage pricing recommendations to support profitable growth and value capture. Act as a key regional partner to Business Intelligence, providing market insights and supporting pricing and commercial decisions. Develop strong expertise in marketing tools and regional market intelligence, ensuring effective use of data to support campaign and commercial execution. Coordinate Incentives and Loyalty programs, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and execution excellence. Participate in Crop Plan discussions to support the right product allocation plan in line with margin expansion and business priorities. Participate in pre-Demand meetings and coordinate follow-up actions related to price, volume, and commercial adjustments. Ensure strong alignment with Sales teams and Business Leaders so that value-based pricing principles are embedded into pricing decisions and commercial execution. Monitor pricing dynamics across regional price zones, ensuring discipline, competitiveness, and responsiveness to market conditions. Partner closely with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, Agronomy, and Communications to drive demand creation and campaign effectiveness. Ensure consistent execution of commercial priorities at regional level, maximizing adoption, visibility, and return on marketing investments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Strong experience in marketing, commercial execution, pricing, demand generation, or agribusiness management. Experience in campaign development and execution of regional commercial plans. Solid understanding of pricing, market dynamics, margin management, and promotional effectiveness. Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence, Supply, and Agronomy teams. Strong analytical skills and ability to convert market information into actions. Experience in field-oriented roles or regional marketing execution is highly desirable. Advanced English preferred.
