Regional Marketing Manager, we’re looking for! This is a fixed-term parental leave cover position expected to last a little over one year, starting in autumn 2026.

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will coordinate and drive Luxid’s operational marketing activities and ensure smooth day-to-day execution across channels, translating Luxid’s commercial and marketing strategy into effective marketing actions. Supported by the Head of Revenue & Growth and the Global Marketing Lead, you will work closely with specialists across digital marketing, content, design, martech and data to coordinate marketing initiatives, facilitate collaboration, and ensure high-quality execution across the organization. You combine planning with hands-on delivery and play a key role in aligning marketing with sales and business goals.
Main responsibilites:
Marketing Coordination & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, support and execute marketing activities across channels
- Manage marketing calendars, content schedules and campaign-related activities
- Coordinate collaboration between different teams and stakeholders
Content, Brand & Communications
- Coordinate and contribute to content creation (website, newsletters, campaigns, events)
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Contribute to internal communications such as weekly updates and monthly newsletters
Marketing Platforms & Data
- Manage and continuously develop HubSpot usage, including data quality, reporting and user support
- Optimize platform usage for marketing and sales needs
- Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and marketing-related insights
Events & External Activities
- Plan and coordinate events and the practical arrangements (for example invitations, registrations and communications)
- Ensure high-quality execution and effective post-event marketing activities
Website & Digital Development
- Coordinate and develop website content (luxidgroup.com)
- Act as a project manager in website development initiatives (scope, timelines, coordination)
Sales Support & Collaboration
- Monitor public tenders and identify potentially relevant opportunities
- Strengthen collaboration between marketing and sales teams
- Work closely with stakeholders across business units
Qualifications that ensure thriving in this role:
- Experience coordinating and managing B2B marketing activities, projects or campaigns
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot is required, including newsletters, workflows, reporting and data management.
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of how marketing supports sales and business growth
- Fluent English (Finnish is considered an advantage)

Competitive salary:
Salary starting from €4,000 per month, with the final compensation determined based on the selected candidate's experience, expertise, and overall fit for the role.
