Is this job info correct?

Company Description Total Dental Ireland (TDI) is a growing dental corporate operating across Ireland since 2024, when it partnered with its first practice, O’Connor Moore Dental in Sligo. Backed by Irish-owned Lonsdale Capital Partners and led by Chief Executive Officer Steven Lynch, TDI has steadily expanded its network of partner practices. Current partner practices include OCM Dental Practice, Clonmel Dental Care, Cornelscourt Dental & Implant Centre, Malahide Dental & Implant Centre, Donabate Dental Clinic, and Old Bawn Dental. TDI’s ethos is to collaborate with dental practitioners who provide five-star treatment in safe, trustworthy environments for patients and staff. The company is headquartered at Railway House, Railway Avenue, Malahide, Co. Dublin, and maintains an accessible, partnership-focused culture.

Role Description The Regional Operations Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Dublin, with a mix of on-site visits to partner practices and some work from home. This role oversees the operational performance of multiple dental practices, ensuring consistent service quality, patient experience, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring practice KPIs, optimizing schedules and workflows, coordinating with practice managers, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. The Regional Operations Manager will implement standardized processes, manage budgets and cost controls, and collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives and integration of new practices. The role also involves resolving operational issues, aligning local teams with TDI’s ethos and policies, and driving continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

  • Operational leadership and multi-site management skills, including experience overseeing performance, workflows, and compliance across several locations.
  • Strong people management, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clinicians, practice managers, and support staff.
  • Business and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and analysis of KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Process improvement and project management skills, with experience standardizing procedures, implementing change, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and maintain a patient-centered focus.
  • Comfort with digital tools and practice management systems; ability to use reports and dashboards to monitor performance and productivity.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, dental, or other regulated service industries is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Ireland to visit partner practices and support local teams.
