Job Description
- Lead and support multiple operations locations
- Develop, coach, and hold managers accountable
- Improve on-time performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
- Partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Finance leadership
- Improve employee engagement, retention, and accountability
- Establish meaningful KPIs, scorecards, and reporting
- Participate in budgeting, planning, and operational forecasting
- Help create a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement
- Multi-site operations leadership experience
- Experience leading managers and frontline employees
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Track record of improving operational performance
- Experience using metrics to drive accountability and decision-making
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Financial acumen with the ability to understand P&L performance
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational execution
- Logistics, transportation, courier, distribution, or service-related industries
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience scaling operations and supporting growth
- Within your first year, you'll:
