Regional Payment Officer

To sustain the company's growth and expand our services, we are currently looking for a Regional Payments Officer Principal responsibilities: Process and record claim reimbursements accurately in company business systems. Record customer payments received via bank transfers in company business system. Monitor and manage enquiries received through the shared company inbox, responding promptly and escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary. Provide administrative support and complete ad hoc tasks as assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure. Good written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in French is an advantage. High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information. Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office applications, and email.
