Make a real difference to egg production.

Noble Foods is looking for an experienced Producer Performance Manager to support and develop our network of egg producers, helping them achieve the highest standards of bird welfare, production performance and commercial profitability.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in poultry, egg production or agriculture who enjoys working with people and wants a role combining technical expertise, commercial thinking and hands-on farm engagement.

The role

You’ll work closely with producers across your region, providing practical, technical and commercial advice to improve flock performance and farm profitability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Regular farm visits and performance reviews in line with the Producer Performance Framework.

• Providing advice on flock management, husbandry, nutrition, welfare and production efficiency.

• Analysing production data and working with producers to identify improvements and agree action plans.

• Advising on the commercial impact of egg prices, feed, pullet costs and other production inputs.

• Driving continuous improvement in welfare, technical and production standards.

• Supporting producers during challenges such as disease outbreaks, extreme weather and other emergencies.

• Working closely with Noble Foods' Packing, Milling, Rearing, Green Energy and Hen Processing teams.

• Sharing market intelligence and industry insight across the business.

• Identifying opportunities to develop existing producers and build a pipeline of potential new producers.

• Representing Noble Foods as a trusted Business Ambassador to our producer network.

About you

We’re looking for someone with experience in commercial poultry or egg production, or a strong agricultural background with relevant transferable experience.

You’ll need:

• Strong knowledge of poultry production and flock management.

• A genuine commitment to animal welfare and high technical standards.

• Good commercial understanding and the ability to interpret production and financial data.

• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.

• The confidence to provide constructive challenge and drive change.

• A practical, solutions-focused approach.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• The ability to work independently in a field-based role.
