And as we continue to grow, we need a talented recruiter in Wales to help us find the people who make that possible. 14,000 colleagues across the group 135 internal promotions in 12 months 32 care companies in our group As Regional Recruiter for Wales, you'll take ownership of recruitment across our Welsh branches - partnering with local operational teams to attract and hire compassionate care professionals. You'll be a trusted partner to branch managers, a champion for candidates, and a key driver of CCH's continued growth in Wales. What you will be doing? Managing recruitment for Care Assistant and support roles across Wales Building strong relationships with branch managers across Welsh locations Designing and delivering targeted recruitment campaigns via job boards and social media. Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline and your personal KPI’s Attending careers fairs and community events to raise CCH's profile locally Supporting onboarding initiatives and promoting retention across the region What's in it for you?
