Regional Sales Director

Validio is the agentic data management platform that automates data quality, lineage, and cataloging — so enterprises can finally trust the data behind their analytics, AI, and reporting. As Regional Sales Director, you won't run a playbook that already exists — you'll build one. You'll hire, coach, and lead the team that brings Validio to enterprises across the UK&I region, and own the number that comes with it. This is a player-coach leadership role for an early stage: hands-on in the biggest deals, in the field with your team, and building the go-to-market motion as you scale it. What you'll do Hire, coach, and lead a team of Account Executives and Sales Engineers in the UK&I region Own regional revenue, forecasting, and pipeline health Build and refine the enterprise go-to-market playbook for the UK&I region as we scale Stay hands-on in the most strategic deals, alongside your team Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive regional growth Represent Validio with customers and partners at the executive level What you'll bring A track record leading enterprise SaaS sales teams and consistently hitting targets Experience building or scaling a region or team from an early stage A player-coach approach — comfortable both in the field and developing talent Strong forecasting rigor and operational discipline Bonus points for Experience in the data, analytics, or AI space Having built a team or region from the ground up Why Validio Founded in Sweden in 2019, we're trusted by data-driven enterprises like Nordea, Canva, and Truecaller.
