Regional Sales Manager – Electronic Components (EMS/OEM/ODM)

Our client is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager to build
relationships with Global & Local EMS/OEM/ODM companies by locating,
networking, and developing connections. This opportunity is ideal for
entrepreneurial individuals who want exceptional earning potential in an emerging
market that is optimal for business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, identify, follow up on, and maintain Global & Local EMS/OEM/ODM
accounts.
• Drive revenue by prospecting new customers, managing existing customer
relationships, and growing business within accounts.
• Interact with prospects through customer visits, Microsoft Teams, Zoom,
email, and telephone calls.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and develop additional areas of
opportunity.
• Educate customers on the current state of the hardware market to maximize
efficiency and support the supply chain.
• Negotiate the procurement and consignment of electronic component
inventory with domestic and overseas customers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for targeted customers.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
• College degree or above; good spoken and written English.
• 5+ years of industry experience in electronic components distribution, or
procurement experience in top-tier EMS/OEM/ODM.
• Strong connections with top-tier EMS/OEM/ODM are preferred.
• High-energy, smart, persistent, results-oriented, professional, and ethical
approach to selling.
• Excellent communication, customer development, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel.
