Position Summary The Regional Sales Manager (Europe) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of partner accounts across their designated region. The role focuses on building long-term relationships, driving student enrolments, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute regional sales strategies that strengthen EC's market presence and contribute to the company's overall commercial success. Key Responsibilities Maximise sales performance and profitability across the assigned region. Achieve enrolment targets while operating within the agreed regional budget. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for each assigned market. Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, providing exceptional sales and marketing support. Negotiate commercial agreements with partners, including commission structures, marketing plans, objectives and incentive schemes, ensuring all agreements are accurately documented internally. Manage and resolve operational issues and payment-related matters within the region. Work closely with Admissions and EC Centres to ensure an outstanding customer experience for partners and students. Identify and resolve issues quickly and proactively. Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional materials, campaigns, regional initiatives and offers. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, providing regular market insights. Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities to support continued regional growth. Education Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Fluent spoken and written Italian. Excellent spoken and written English. Spanish language skills are considered an advantage. Education Desired Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field. Additional language qualifications are advantageous. Experience Required Proven track record of achieving sales targets and commercial objectives. Minimum of two years' experience in international sales or account management, ideally within a B2B environment. Experience developing and managing key client relationships while growing existing accounts. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver business growth. Excellent relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach. Experience Desired Knowledge of the international education sector or student recruitment industry. Experience working with language schools or international education providers. Experience in high-volume group sales, particularly EFL summer schools or junior programmes, would be an asset. Knowledge/Skills Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken. Spanish language skills are a plus. Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to deliver sales, financial and customer satisfaction results. Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans. Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills. Confident negotiator with strong presentation skills. Highly organised with excellent planning and time management abilities. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience using CRM systems is advantageous. Able to work collaboratively across international teams and cultures. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
