JOB DESCRIPTION: Regional Servie Line Lead HR Services EMEA (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities: As Regional Service Line Lead HR Services EMEA, you will be responsible for leading and continuously enhancing HR service delivery across multiple service lines within the EMEA region. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, service quality, and digital transformation while ensuring alignment with regional and global HR strategies Your key responsibilities include leading end-to-end HR service delivery across EMEA for the service lines General Administration, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Travel & Expenses and Payroll & Time Management Ensuring efficient and effective execution of HR processes and service operations across all assigned service lines Driving the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets Acting as the primary escalation point for regional HR service delivery issues and ensuring timely resolution Building strong partnerships with Regional HR Leadership and Global Business Services (GBS) Collaborating closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Business Partners, HR Technology teams, and GBS stakeholders to implement global processes, standards, and best practices Identifying and driving automation opportunities while leveraging digital solutions, AI technologies, and self-service capabilities to improve operational efficiency and employee experience Ensuring alignment between regional business requirements and the global HR services strategy Safeguarding compliance with local labor legislation, company policies, and data privacy regulations across the region Profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field More than 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles within HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery organizations Proven track record in managing HR service delivery across multiple countries and complex regional environments Strong understanding of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle Experience leading transformation, continuous improvement, and digitalization initiatives Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders within a matrix organization Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are considered an advantage Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and modern HR technologies, including AI-driven solutions WHAT WE OFFER Through a blend of engineering excellence, sustainable development and social responsibility, our employees help to drive progress at more than 100 sites in 30 countries.
