Regional Service Manager Scandinavia – Earthmoving Equipment (m/f/x)

Your Mission

• Provide advanced technical support for XCMG Earthmoving Equipment across Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland).
• Diagnose and resolve complex software, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical issues on earthmoving machines, both remotely and on-site.
• Support dealers and customers with machine commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs and technical escalations.
• Perform software diagnostics, ECU updates, parameter configuration and machine calibration where required.
• Analyze CAN bus communication, electronic control systems and electrical faults using diagnostic tools.
• Deliver technical product training for dealer technicians and service engineers, with a strong focus on software, electrical systems and diagnostics.
• Support warranty evaluations and root cause analysis in close cooperation with the European Technical Center and XCMG Headquarters.
• Collect and document technical feedback from the field to support continuous product improvement.
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction while supporting dealer network development throughout Scandinavia.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality and Sales to improve product reliability and customer support.
• Travel extensively throughout Scandinavia to provide technical assistance and training.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a Service Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or Service Manager within the construction machinery, agricultural machinery or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong technical expertise in earthmoving equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, graders or comparable machinery.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, electronic control units (ECUs), machine software, CAN bus communication and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with software updates, fault diagnosis, calibration and electronic troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide sustainable solutions.
• Experience delivering technical training to dealers or service technicians is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English; one or more Scandinavian languages are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Scandinavia (approximately 70–80%).
• Valid driver's license.
