About the Position
Location: Budapest, Hungary (Head Office)
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position.

This position is on-site, but we're ready to start remotely, with mandatory relocation to Budapest after the 3-month trial period.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to the registration of plant protection products for clients across Eastern European countries.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Communicating with clients throughout the registration process and acting as a coordinator between clients and regional offices.
· Managing regulatory affairs projects.
· Preparing budgets for registration projects.
· Maintaining databases, including structuring, archiving, and tracking information and data.
· Liaising with partners, suppliers, CROs, local regulatory consultants, and regulatory authorities.
· Preparing and reviewing registration documents and compiling registration dossiers.
· Coordinating and monitoring studies and evaluating study results.
· Performing other tasks related to the registration of plant protection products.
Requirements
· University degree in Agronomy, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
· Fluency in English and Ukrainian; knowledge of other regional languages would be an advantage.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, a high level of responsibility, and attention to detail.
· Ability to organize work independently and meet deadlines.
· At least 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs and/or the registration of plant protection products.
