Change Epic Owner – Financial Markets / Regulatory Change in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week) for 12+ months extendable contract.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Change Epic Owner to drive end-to-end delivery of regulatory change initiatives within Financial Markets. The role involves business impact analysis, solution blueprinting, requirements documentation, stakeholder alignment, and Agile delivery.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in financial services.
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in business change, regulatory projects, or end-to-end delivery.
- Strong Financial Markets knowledge, including derivatives, bonds, and fixed income.
- Expertise in FM regulations such as EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, and SFTR.
- Proven experience in business analysis, impact assessment, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Experience working in Agile teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
