The Role

Join a market-leading Disputes & Investigations team in Dublin.

The team advises on complex regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings and related litigation, many of these are the most significant disputes, corporate crises and investigations in the Irish market.

You will also gain exposure to civil litigation, judicial reviews, statutory appeals and financial services disputes. Working closely with colleagues across the firm's wider Disputes & Investigations practice, you will have the opportunity to develop your experience in regulatory risk, corporate investigations, complex disputes and white-collar crime matters.

The Person

• 2+ years' PQE
• Experience in regulatory investigations, enforcement or financial services litigation.
• Experience dealing with the Irish regulatory bodies.
• Exposure to civil litigation, judicial reviews, regulatory appeals or complaints.
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Good commercial awareness.
