FastXE is a B2B payments neobank specialising in multi-currency transfers, foreign exchange conversion and crypto-enabled payment solutions for businesses operating across borders. As we continue to expand internationally, we’re looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Regulatory Onboarding & Compliance Documentation Specialist to join our growing team.

The Role You’ll take ownership of documentation and coordination across two key areas: regulatory compliance and onboarding across our licensed jurisdictions, and onboarding of payment infrastructure partners and vendors. Working closely with our AML Officers, CFO, Accounts team and senior leadership, you’ll help ensure regulatory and vendor documentation is accurate, complete, well organized and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate documentation for regulatory license applications, registrations and renewals.
• Manage ongoing compliance documentation and regulatory submission requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain regulatory trackers covering licenses, deadlines, submissions and correspondence.
• Coordinate with AML Officers, Finance and Accounts on compliance, financial and cross-border documentation.
• Own documentation workflows for onboarding payment rails, BIN sponsors, PSPs, card providers, crypto networks and settlement partners.
• Coordinate KYB documentation, due diligence materials, agreements and supporting information.
• Maintain structured vendor onboarding pipelines and document registers.
• Ensure compliance documentation is version-controlled, audit-ready and easily retrievable.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify any resulting documentation requirements.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on regulatory and vendor onboarding progress, outstanding items and upcoming deadlines.
• Support board materials, investor due diligence and regulatory reporting when required.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in compliance documentation, regulatory operations or a similar role within fintech, payments or regulated financial services.
• Experience working with AML or Compliance Officers and a good understanding of AML/CFT requirements.
• Experience managing compliance or documentation requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with CRS, FATCA and cross-border financial services documentation.
• Good understanding of payments terminology, including payment rails, BINs, PSPs, card issuance, FX and crypto networks.
• Excellent written English and the ability to produce accurate, professional documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams independently.
• Experience with global regulatory frameworks, Compliance Management Systems and fast-growing, remote-first fintech businesses would be an advantage.
