This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in the occupational rehabilitation industry.

As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of consultants, providing administrative and case management support to assist with the delivery of rehabilitation services and positive return to work outcomes for clients.

This is a diverse role that offers exposure to a broad range of occupational rehabilitation activities while developing valuable industry knowledge and skills.

Some of your day to day includes:

• Provide administrative and case management support to consultants delivering occupational rehabilitation services and return-to-work outcomes.
• Assist with the preparation, review and management of rehabilitation reports, assessments, return-to-work plans and other case documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, assessments, training programs and stakeholder communications to support effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate case records, manage documentation and contribute to quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
  
  

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:

• Currently undertaking studies in Allied Health field preferable however not essential
• Administrative experience within the health, medical, insurance or worker’s compensation field is highly regarded;
• A genuine interest in occupational rehabilitation;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Exceptional written communication skills for a professional setting;
• Proficiency with computer use (Microsoft office suite);
• Excellent time management skills, be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment;
