This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in the occupational rehabilitation industry. As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of consultants, providing administrative and case management support to assist with the delivery of rehabilitation services and positive return to work outcomes for clients. This is a diverse role that offers exposure to a broad range of occupational rehabilitation activities while developing valuable industry knowledge and skills. Some of your day to day includes: Provide administrative and case management support to consultants delivering occupational rehabilitation services and return-to-work outcomes. Assist with the preparation, review and management of rehabilitation reports, assessments, return-to-work plans and other case documentation. Coordinate appointments, assessments, training programs and stakeholder communications to support effective service delivery. Maintain accurate case records, manage documentation and contribute to quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities. To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes: Currently undertaking studies in Allied Health field preferable however not essential Administrative experience within the health, medical, insurance or worker’s compensation field is highly regarded; A genuine interest in occupational rehabilitation; Excellent attention to detail; Exceptional written communication skills for a professional setting; Proficiency with computer use (Microsoft office suite); Excellent time management skills, be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment; If you have been looking for roles as an Occupational Rehabilitation Assistant, Allied Health Assistant, Rehabilitation Counsellor Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant then this role is definitely going to be interesting for you!
