Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist Assessor

We endeavour to overcome cross-cultural barriers by providing specific services tailored to our CALD cohort Available on a Part-time basis (minimum 2 days per week) Working days are negotiable Highly autonomous and flexible role with support from experienced Leaders Assessments only, no case management Our Sydney team is growing and we are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join on a part-time basis. You will be an integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. Your responsibilities will include: Undertaking Occupational Therapy assessments including activities of daily living, worksite, functional and ergonomic assessments. Designing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation Understanding a variety of health care and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals Liaising with clients, family members, insurers, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve outcomes What you can bring to the role Qualifications & registration in Occupational Therapy Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible ways An ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers You are welcome here.
