About the Role As part of the Investor Relations team at L&B INVESTMENT FIRM, your primary objective will be to leverage your existing network to drive capital into our diverse and exclusive portfolio. You will spearhead daily communications with both current and prospective investors, delivering clear, up-to-date insights into our performance and overarching investment strategy.

Beyond standard investor relations, this role requires a proactive deal-maker. You will be responsible for bringing your own active portfolio of clients—specifically Sovereign Wealth Funds, institutional investors, and HNWIs—to our firm. You will coordinate the preparation of critical financial reports, presentations, and corporate materials for investor meetings, and collaborate closely with our finance and investment departments to ensure a unified message is delivered to the market.

Key Requirements

• Established Investor Network (Mandatory): You MUST bring an active, transferable book of business and possess direct, high-level contacts with Sovereign Wealth Funds (Government Investment Funds), Institutional Investors, Family Offices, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) ready to deploy capital.
• Proven Experience: Solid background in capital raising, investor relations, and managing communications with key stakeholders within the top-tier financial sector.
• Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of finance, alternative assets, and investments, including financial statement analysis and a comprehensive grasp of complex investment products.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to interpret market data, evaluate performance metrics, and draft clear, precise reports for elite investors.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills, with a talent for translating complex financial concepts into compelling investment opportunities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) will be highly valued.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of analytical and office tools (Advanced Excel, presentation software, financial data platforms) and seamless management of virtual meetings.
• Remote Autonomy: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive independently in a remote environment across different time zones.
• Languages: Advanced proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional languages (especially Arabic, Spanish, or Mandarin) is a strong plus for engaging with our international investor base.
