Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing the apprentice lifecycle
- Generating contracts
- Handling payroll and billing
- Coordinating assessments and training
- Non voice | No target |Flexibility of working hours
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi & English, along with knowledge of a native language
- Strong communication skills for interaction with candidates and clients
- Basic Excel and data maintenance skills
- Persuasion and negotiation ability
- Stable internet connection and computer system
