Role Description This is a full-time Relationship Manager role based in Davao, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Relationship Manager will develop and manage portfolios of corporate and individual clients, focusing on leasing and financing products that align with client needs and risk profiles. Daily activities include identifying prospective clients, conducting client meetings and financial assessments, preparing proposals, coordinating credit evaluations, and guiding clients through approval and documentation processes. The role also involves monitoring accounts, ensuring timely payments, handling renewals or restructuring, and resolving client concerns promptly and professionally. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams such as credit, operations, and collections to ensure high service quality, compliance with regulatory requirements, and achievement of sales and portfolio quality targets.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated client relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement, account management, and customer service.
• Sound understanding of leasing, financing, and basic credit evaluation, with the ability to analyze financial information and assess risk.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities, including pipeline management, follow-through on documentation, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort with digital communication platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; relevant experience in banking, leasing, or financial services is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics in Davao and surrounding areas is beneficial.
