Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager/Director based in Zurich, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing diverse portfolios, advising on wealth strategies, and identifying opportunities to meet client financial goals. The Relationship Manager/Director will collaborate with internal teams to develop customized investment solutions while ensuring performance targets, compliance, and client satisfaction are achieved.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in relationship management, client servicing, or business development within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, asset management, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster and maintain client trust.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management, financial planning, and investment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
  • High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. CFA certification is a plus.
  • Multilingual proficiency, especially in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Swiss financial regulations and markets is preferred but not required.
