What will you do?

• Ensure the availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms.
• Handle advanced troubleshooting, investigate root causes, and recommend permanent solutions and workarounds for system issues.
• Define and execute a controlled upgrade plan for Jira, Confluence, and associated plugins, ensuring compatibility.
• Manage Atlassian infrastructure by collaborating closely with teams responsible for administering technical components like Linux servers, databases, and Data Center clusters.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise and follow administration best practices for Atlassian solutions and their integration with other applications.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Senior professional with 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian solutions (Jira and Confluence).
• Demonstrable experience of 3+ years with Atlassian Data Center environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and recommend permanent solutions and workarounds.
• Strong operational rigor and technical expertise in Atlassian Data Center infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of business processes.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level) is mandatory; French (A1–B2) is a plus.
• Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
