  • Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple workstreams, teams, or functional organizations.

  • Experience supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), digital engineering, engineering operations, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience within aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or other complex technical environments.
  • Experience facilitating large-scale planning events and coordinating geographically dispersed teams.

As Release Train Engineer, you will:

  • Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning activities and coordinate execution across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate Agile Release Train ceremonies including ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, System Demos, and planning events.
  • Coordinate work across engineering, business, and IT teams to ensure delivery commitments remain aligned and achievable.
  • Identify and remove impediments, proactively manage dependencies, and help teams navigate risks and changing priorities.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Team Coaches, Architects, and business stakeholders to support successful execution of quarterly objectives.
  • Track progress against Program Increment goals and communicate delivery status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support release planning and deployment activities, ensuring work from multiple teams is synchronized for successful delivery.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps and Agile planning tools to improve transparency, planning effectiveness, and delivery performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on flow, predictability, quality, and value delivery.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Lean-Agile principles and SAFe best practices while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
