Are you passionate about optimizing asset performance and driving reliability improvements across a complex, multi-country real estate portfolio? We're looking for a strategic Reliability Engineer to provide technical expertise that enhances asset health and lifecycle planning across 12 European countries. In this role, you'll analyze performance data, conduct condition assessments, and develop evidence-based recommendations that balance long-term sustainability with operational excellence. You'll work at the intersection of engineering insight and strategic planning, serving as a trusted technical advisor while collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform reliability data into actionable capital projects. Join us to make a measurable impact on the performance and resilience of approximately 20,000 portfolio assets. What You'll Do Monitor and analyze asset performance across a 12-country European portfolio, tracking reliability metrics including MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and failure trends to identify declining performance and end-of-life indicators Lead the asset condition assessment program by developing criticality classifications, creating standardized survey protocols for facility teams, and personally conducting detailed technical surveys of high-criticality assets Identify and evaluate reliability risks through Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), root cause investigations of recurring failures, and assessment of Beyond Economical Repair (BER) status to prioritize asset replacement strategies Drive maintenance strategy optimization by evaluating the effectiveness of planned maintenance programs and developing technical justifications for enhanced approaches such as condition monitoring and predictive maintenance Coordinate the Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) by consolidating asset condition data, operational feedback, and stakeholder priorities into prioritized proposals with clear technical justifications and business cases Collaborate closely with the projects team to translate FMR recommendations into practical, cost-effective capital projects that enhance asset reliability and align with strategic portfolio objectives Provide specialized technical expertise on complex asset reliability challenges, delivering objective, data-driven recommendations and detailed failure investigations to support decision-making across the organization Develop comprehensive reporting and insights through reliability dashboards and performance analytics that communicate portfolio-wide asset health trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities to senior stakeholders What We're Looking For Engineering foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline, combined with substantial experience in reliability engineering, condition assessment, or asset performance analysis within facilities management or real estate environments Deep technical expertise in reliability-centered maintenance principles, failure analysis methodologies, and condition-based monitoring techniques with proven ability to apply these strategically across complex portfolios Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis, pattern recognition in large datasets, and asset management software/CMMS platforms (Corrigo or similar) to drive evidence-based decision-making Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, develop compelling technical proposals, and build credibility and trust across geographically dispersed teams Strategic coordination abilities demonstrated through managing multiple priorities, influencing without direct authority, and working effectively across multi-site or international portfolios with diverse cultures Consultative and proactive mindset characterized by analytical independence, detail orientation, and commitment to being accessible and responsive while maintaining objectivity in recommendations Adaptability and cultural intelligence with flexibility to thrive in dynamic multi-country environments and willingness to travel across Europe as required Professional credentials such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) are highly valued and demonstrate commitment to excellence in the field What You Can Expect From Us Competitive Rewards & Benefits: Permanent contract, private healthcare, cafeteria system, life insurance, and employee assistance program Flexible Work Environment: Hybrid model in premium Warsaw Spire workspace with state-of-the-art facilities and metro access Career Development & Growth: Robust development opportunities with 80% employee participation in structured programs, AI upskilling, and professional training Stability & Recognition: 78% employee recommendation rate, recognized for 18 consecutive years as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies Inclusive & Supportive Culture: Strong commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across multiple employee resource groups and initiatives Global Perspective: 60 nationalities and 40 languages represented, offering rich cultural exchange and collaboration opportunities Location: Remote –Warsaw, POL If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
