Location - Bengaluru, Hybrid

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reltio MDM Developer with strong expertise in Customer Master Data Management (MDM), Reltio platform implementation, and Data Management capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Reltio MDM solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to drive enterprise data quality and governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and support Reltio Master Data Management solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end Customer MDM implementation projects.
• Configure and maintain Reltio data models, match and merge rules, survivorship rules, and workflows.
• Develop and optimize MDM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, and data cleansing activities.
• Design and execute data integration processes between source systems and Reltio.
• Configure and manage entity models, relationships, hierarchies, and metadata management.
• Implement and support data governance, stewardship, and monitoring processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide production support for MDM applications.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and global teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation artifacts.
Required Technical Skills
Master Data Management (MDM)
• 4-7 years of overall experience in Master Data Management and Data Warehousing.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Reltio MDM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Customer MDM concepts and architecture.
• Expertise in Reltio configuration and implementation.
Reltio Capabilities
• Entity and relationship modeling.
• Data Validation Functions (DVF) & Lifecycle Actions (LCA)
• Match rule configuration:
o Exact Match
o Fuzzy Match
o Exact or Null (EoN)
o Exact or All Null (EoaN)
o Match If
o Negative Match
• Survivorship rule configuration and management.
• Quality Assessment configuration.
• Merge management:
o Auto Merge
o Potential Merge
o Orphan Management
• Reltio APIs and integration services.
• Data stewardship and governance processes.

Database & Integration Skills
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with databases such as:
o Oracle
o SQL Server
o Other relational databases
• Experience working with ETL and integration tools is preferred.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Enterprise Master Data Management domain is highly desirable.
• Exposure to Data Governance, Data Stewardship, and Data Quality frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data management platforms is an advantage.

Education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Reltio Certifications.
• Experience in Customer 360 implementations.
• Knowledge of Data Governance tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Scripting languages like JavaScript, Python experience
