Manage and process incoming invoices and outgoing payments efficiently. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on accounts payable and receivable activities. Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing inquiries or payment issues quickly. Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
