Remote Administrative Assistant – Data Entry to support our administrative and data-management operations.
This position combines accurate data entry with general administrative responsibilities, including maintaining electronic records, updating spreadsheets and databases, processing documents, managing email correspondence, organizing digital files, and supporting routine office operations.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers and digital business tools, has strong attention to detail, and can manage assigned responsibilities independently in a remote environment. These responsibilities are consistent with common remote administrative/data-entry roles, which typically emphasize database updates, document management, scheduling, email correspondence, and accuracy.
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant – Data Entry will help ensure company information is accurately entered, reviewed, organized, and maintained.
Daily responsibilities may include entering information from source documents, updating databases, maintaining spreadsheets, reviewing records for errors, organizing electronic files, preparing routine documents, monitoring administrative emails, and assisting team members with general administrative requests.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry Records

- Transfer information from forms, emails, documents, reports, and other approved sources.

- Verify names, dates, contact details, reference numbers, and other business information.
- Identify duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent records.
- Correct routine errors according to established procedures.
- Maintain consistent formatting and data-entry standards.
- Assist with database cleanup and data-quality projects.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to supervisors and team members.
- Process routine forms, documents, and administrative requests.
- Maintain trackers, logs, schedules, and task lists.
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and correspondence.
- Monitor outstanding administrative assignments.
- Retrieve documents and information for authorized employees.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary school qualification, GED, or equivalent.
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.

Previous experience in
