Administrative Data Entry Coordinator to support our remote administrative and information-management operations.
This role combines data entry, records coordination, document processing, spreadsheet maintenance, digital filing, and general administrative support. Position Summary
The Administrative Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for entering, reviewing, updating, and coordinating information across company databases, spreadsheets, records, and administrative systems.
Daily responsibilities may include processing incoming information, maintaining electronic records, updating spreadsheets, reviewing documents for completeness, organizing files, monitoring administrative requests, and supporting internal teams with routine data-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry Coordination
- Enter information accurately into databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other approved platforms.
- Transfer data from forms, emails, documents, reports, and other authorized sources.
- Create new records and update existing information.
- Review completed entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify names, dates, contact information, reference numbers, and other relevant data.
- Identify missing, duplicate, outdated, or inconsistent information.
- Correct routine errors according to established procedures.
- Coordinate outstanding data-entry assignments and follow-up requirements.
- Maintain consistent formatting and recordkeeping standards.
Administrative Support
- Provide routine administrative assistance to supervisors and internal teams.

- Assist with routine digital-file cleanup.

Email Administrative Communication
- Monitor assigned administrative inboxes and communication channels.
- Review incoming requests and determine appropriate actions.
- Respond to routine administrative inquiries when authorized.
- Forward specialized requests to appropriate team members.
- Draft basic professional correspondence.
- Track communications requiring additional action.
- Follow up on outstanding requests.
- Provide status updates to supervisors when required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary school qualification, GED, or equivalent.
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
- Good typing and data-entry abilities.

Previous experience in
