Remote Appointment Setter
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team.
This role is focused on engaging with prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality appointments for our Sales Closers.
We generate a strong flow of leads through paid advertising, webinars, email marketing, social media, and other channels. You will be responsible for contacting, qualifying, following up with, and booking suitable prospects into sales appointments.
This is not a closing role. Your focus is to create quality conversations, qualify prospects correctly, and ensure our closers are speaking with the right people.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound and warm leads by phone and other approved communication channels
- Build rapport quickly and understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, and circumstances
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria
- Book qualified appointments into the calendars of our Sales Closers
- Follow up consistently with leads via calls, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other approved channels
- Re-engage dormant leads where appropriate
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity notes
- Manage your pipeline effectively
- Support strong appointment attendance through confirmations and follow-up
- Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and sales training
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Confidence speaking with prospective clients
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Highly organised and disciplined with follow-up
- Comfortable using CRM systems and online tools
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Previous appointment-setting, telesales, or telephone-based sales experience is highly desirable.
Experience in high-ticket sales, education, coaching, mentoring, or property-related services would be beneficial but is not essential.
Performance Expectations
Performance will be measured against:
- Qualified appointments booked
- Appointment booking rate
- Appointment attendance/show rate
- Lead contact rate
- Follow-up completion
- CRM accuracy
- Pipeline management
- Sales generated from booked appointments
Compensation
£2,000 monthly base salary + commission
The final commission structure is currently being confirmed and will be discussed during the recruitment process.
Working Hours
Full-time role, approximately 30–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
A significant portion of the working day will involve speaking with prospective clients by phone.
