Remote Associate Attorney

Description: We are seeking an Attorney to join our team. Our firm is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and providing exceptional legal services. This is a fully remote position open to attorneys licensed in Oregon, California, Oklahoma, or Texas. Responsabilities: Manage a significant caseload involving high-level and high-asset Personal Injury, Criminal, Family or Immigration cases from intake through resolution. Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop effective case strategies. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation, as applicable. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status and legal options. Collaborate closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure all deadlines are met and clients receive comprehensive representation. Requirements: Active Bar License in Oregon, California, Oklahoma, or Texas. Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel. Dedication to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality. No experience required. Spanish (Preferred).
