About Tellos Our mission is to allow BCBAs to manage their caseload in away that provides for the best clinical outcomes, a healthy work/life balance for you, and stable RBT staff. We do this through lower caseloads, telehealth and a platform that gives you autonomy. We provide BCBAs with everything they need to go independent, from finding clients to credentialing, scheduling, billing and recruiting. This is a telehealth position but we need you to live in Georgia. What the role entails! Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines Qualifications Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification Master's Degree Must live in Georgia Strong leadership skills Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care. Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice.
