Description sommaire du poste
En tant que représentant(e) bilingue de l'expérience client en télétravail, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel au sein de l’équipe Allegion. Vous fidéliserez la clientèle en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, un soutien sous garantie, un accompagnement avant l'achat, un soutien technique et une résolution efficace des problèmes. Ce rôle contribue à projeter une image positive de l'entreprise en offrant un service de qualité supérieure, en répondant à toutes les demandes de manière professionnelle et courtoise, et en agissant comme porte-parole des clients afin d’améliorer continuellement leur satisfaction.
Ce que vous ferez:
Expérience et soutien client
- Offrir une expérience client positive pour aider à résoudre des problèmes techniques de base, principalement par téléphone (appels entrants et sortants). Fournir également du soutien par l'entremise de nos canaux numériques, au besoin.
- Aider les clients à résoudre les problèmes liés aux produits Schlage et veiller à leur apporter une solution ou à établir les prochaines étapes appropriées. Transmettre les dossiers ou demander conseil auprès des ressources internes ou des experts en la matière (SME), au besoin.
- Guider les clients pour toute question pratique (installation, configuration d'applications mobiles, enregistrement de produits, etc.).
- Être la voix du client en communiquant les causes des demandes et les problèmes récurrents aux parties prenantes internes, afin d'assurer une résolution rapide.
- Bâtir une relation de confiance en honorant rigoureusement tous les engagements pris envers les clients.
- Apprendre, développer et maintenir une solide connaissance des produits et composants mécaniques et électroniques grand public d’Allegion.
- Monter en compétences grâce à la formation continue et à l'acquisition de connaissances sur des scénarios de dépannage plus complexes et des produits avancés d’Allegion (tels que les serrures connectées/intégrées).
- Participer à des formations continues et à des programmes de perfectionnement pour améliorer vos connaissances techniques et vos compétences en service à la clientèle.
- Développer une connaissance pratique de toute la documentation de référence (catalogues de produits, manuels, guides/gabarits d’instructions et listes de prix).

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir:
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) obligatoire.
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle (de préférence).
- Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES/GED) requis ; baccalauréat/diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle un atout.
- Vitesse de frappe de 55 mots par minute (vitesse corrigée/nette).
- 1 an ou plus d'expérience dans la gestion d'un volume élevé de demandes de clients.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, avec une très bonne maîtrise de la grammaire et de la ponctuation.
- Bonnes compétences informatiques de base.
- Connaissance pratique des logiciels sur PC (suite Microsoft Office : Outlook, Word, Excel) et des applications Web de base.
- Excellente maîtrise de l'utilisation des applications sur appareils intelligents (téléphones et tablettes) obligatoire).
- Capacité à mener de front plusieurs tâches, à établir des priorités et à gérer son temps efficacement.
- Aptitude à identifier les problèmes récurrents des clients.
- Capacité à établir des relations de travail professionnelles et interfonctionnelles.

**Rémunération:**
Cette fourchette est fournie par Allegion. Votre salaire réel sera établi en fonction de vos compétences et de votre experience.
- Fourchette de salaire de base prévue : 44 000 $ à 64 000 $. La rémunération exacte sera déterminée selon l’expérience et d’autres facteurs autorisés par la loi.

Job Description Summary
As a Remote Bilingual Customer Experience Representative, you are a crucial part of the Allegion team. You will drive consumer loyalty for the business through exceptional customer service, warranty support, pre-purchase support, technical support, and issue resolution. This role will portray a positive image for the company by providing superior customer service, accurately addressing all customer inquiries professionally and courteously, and acting as a customer advocate to continually improve customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
Customer Experience and Support
- Provide positive customer experiences to help troubleshoot basic technical problems primarily through verbal communication over the phone, both inbound and outbound. May also need to provide support via our digital channels as needed.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with Schlage products and ensure a resolution or suitable next steps. Escalate or seek guidance from internal resources or Subject Matter Experts (SME) as needed.
- Guide customers through how-to-related inquiries such as installation, app setup, product registration, etc.
- Be the voice of the customer by communicating case drivers and known issues to internal stakeholders, ensuring a swift resolution.
- Build trust through complete follow-through on customer commitments.
- Learn, develop, and maintain product knowledge of mechanical and electronic Allegion consumer products and components.
- Level up through continued education and gaining knowledge of more complex troubleshooting scenarios and advanced Allegion products such as integrated locks.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Develop a working knowledge of all reference material, such as product catalogs, manuals, instruction sheets/templates, and price books.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Bilingual in French is a requirement
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- An HS Diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Ability to type 55 wpm, corrected speed.
- 1+ years’ experience handling high-volume inquiries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proper grammar and punctuation knowledge.
- Knowledge of and the ability to perform basic computer skills.
- Working knowledge of PC-based software applications (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel) & basic web applications.
- Familiarity with and/or comfort in using smart device applications is required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to identify recurring customer issues.
- Ability to develop cross-functional, professional working relationships.

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
- The expected Base Salary Range: $44,000 to $64,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
