Remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Spanish/English)

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a California-based Personal Injury Law Firm.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, assisting with initial inquiries, gathering information, and providing a professional and empathetic experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills who are interested in the legal field or have prior experience in customer service or legal intake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in English and Spanish
• Conduct initial intake calls and gather relevant case information
• Follow structured scripts and questionnaires when needed
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to potential clients
• Accurately document call details in the system
• Identify qualified leads and escalate when appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with U.S.-based companies
• Prior experience in legal intake or law firms (especially personal injury law)
• Familiarity with topics such as personal injury law and workers' compensation law

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.) with an hour break
