About the Opportunity:

The REMOTE BILINGUAL HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE role is designed to assist customers with questions and issues related to their prescription coverage. This position manages a consistent volume of incoming calls, requiring navigation through multiple systems to provide accurate and timely solutions. The role is pivotal in creating positive customer experiences and supporting the overall success of the client service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a steady volume of inbound customer calls related to prescription coverage.
• Assist customers with inquiries about prescription refill status and coverage.
• Navigate multiple internal systems to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain punctuality and dependability to support client success.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive customer service environment.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Residence in Puerto Rico.
• Ability to complete a 3-week virtual training and 2-week nesting without absence.
• Successful completion of customer service assessment and typing test on a computer.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
• Flexibility to work within assigned hours, including weekends if necessary.
• A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with required internet specifications.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Pay rate: $13.47 per hour.
• Paid time off accrues after approximately six months of employment.
• Potential eligibility for bonuses or incentives based on business need.
