Job Summary

We are seeking a patient, articulate, and compassionate Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. This is NOT a sales position. Your main goal is to listen to people in need, collect essential details about their situation, and help determine how our firm can best assist them and schedule meetings.

Because you will be the first point of contact for our diverse community, fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Take calls and conduct warm, professional intake conversations with individuals seeking legal assistance in Immigration, Criminal Defense, and Family Law.
• Collect and accurately record sensitive personal details, into our CRM.
• Explain firm processes clearly, schedule consultations with attorneys, and follow up with potential clients via phone and email following scheduling guidelines.
• Focus entirely on customer service, empathy, and active listening—not sales quotas or high-pressure tactics.
• Ensure all incoming inquiries and digital records are organized, accurate, and up to date.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative support roles.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (strong conversational and written skills in both).
• Exceptional active listening skills, strong phone etiquette, and clear written communication.
• Ability to remain calm, respectful, and compassionate when speaking with individuals going through stressful legal challenges.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, a functioning headset, and comfort using cloud software and digital phone systems.
