Position Available We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed, bilingual (English/Spanish) therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Responsibilities As a bilingual licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings Who Thrives at Sailor Bilingual clinicians who are mission-aligned and passionate about serving older adults.
