Location: CA Please Note: This is a 100% remote position supporting our California and Colorado regions. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB is required.What We’re Offering:This is a remote role supporting cases in the Southern California area.Potential Annual Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 based on experience, skills, and geographyHybrid Flexible Schedule: Opportunities to work from home for non-billable hours with Monday–Friday. We don’t require contracts because we value flexibility and trust.What You’ll Be DoingSupervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education. Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
