We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to hunt for new B2B clients in Western Europe, North America, and the GCC region. You will be responsible for building a pipeline from scratch and setting up qualified meetings for our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Hunting: Execute cold outreach strategies using LinkedIn, cold email, and video pitches.
• Freelance Platforms: Manage, optimize, and bid on high-ticket contracts via Upwork and specialized B2B platforms.
• Lead Qualification: Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Marketing Directors) and qualify their digital needs.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain active communication with prospects and schedule discovery calls.
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years of experience selling digital agency services (Web Dev, Design, Video, or Marketing).
• Fluent/Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Master of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email outreach tools.
• High discipline to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
