Remote Business Generalist (Brazil)

About The Role

As a Remote Business Generalist based in Brazil, you will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while improving how the business plans, measures, and executes work. You will translate ambiguous priorities into clear workstreams, create lightweight operating processes, and maintain reliable reporting that helps teams make faster decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder updates
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR)
• Support planning cycles (OKRs, headcount planning, budget inputs) and track progress against targets
• Improve internal processes by documenting workflows, defining SLAs, and removing bottlenecks
• Coordinate vendor selection, onboarding, renewal support, and performance tracking
• Create clear, executive-ready updates that connect metrics to outcomes
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and dependencies
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in business operations, strategy & operations, program management, operations analytics, or general management
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working across multiple functions
• Hands-on analytical ability (spreadsheets; basic SQL and BI tools are a plus)
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into measurable plans and deliverables
• Strong written communication for documentation, updates, and decision memos
• Comfort operating in a remote, asynchronous environment with high ownership
  
  

Tools and Workflows

Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), docs (Notion/Confluence), project tracking (Jira/Asana/Trello), BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI), and collaboration tools (Slack/Teams).

You’ll help maintain operating rhythms such as weekly planning, KPI reviews, and post-mortems for process improvements.

Remote Work and Location

This is a Remote role intended for candidates located in Brazil, collaborating with distributed teams across time zones with defined core overlap hours.
