What You'll Do As a Remote Client Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options. Client Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options Explain products and services clearly and professionally Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication Build long-term client relationships through trust and exceptional service Maintain accurate client records and documentation Professional Development Participate in structured virtual training and coaching Strengthen communication, leadership, and customer service skills Learn industry products, systems, and best practices Collaborate with a supportive remote team Continue developing professionally through ongoing mentorship Why Join AO?
