What You'll Do As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll help clients understand available benefit programs while building long-term relationships based on trust and service. Client Service Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options Review existing policies and explain available solutions Assist clients with enrollment paperwork and benefit updates Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support Maintain accurate client records and documentation Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and exceptional service Professional Development Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs Attend team meetings and coaching sessions Continue developing communication and client service skills Learn industry products, systems, and best practices Why Join AO?
